At HydroGuard NZ, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

New Zealand Shipping


We deliver nationwide across New Zealand.


Estimated delivery times:


North Island: 2–3 business days

South Island: 3–5 business days

Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days


Shipping rates:


Orders $100 and over – FREE shipping

Orders under $100 – Calculated at checkout

 

Australia Shipping


We ship directly to Australia from our Waikato, New Zealand base.


Estimated delivery times:


Major cities: 5–7 business days

Regional areas: 7–10 business days


Shipping rates:

Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


Important:

Customers may be responsible for any customs duties, GST, or import taxes applied by Australian authorities.

 

Order Tracking


Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

 

Delays or Lost Parcels


If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

Returns


If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.


To be eligible:


Item must be unused and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

 

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.


Non-Returnable Items


Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:


* Used or opened products

* Items not in original condition


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.
